The journey Begins

Day 1: Denarau Island

On the first day, check into the Palms, a premier executive apartment suite, conveniently situated on Denarau Island, Fiji’s most popular playground. Directly opposite the world-renowned Port Denarau Marina while nestled safely and securely within a lush tropical garden vegetation, these newly built, modern apartments offer spacious luxury in the best Fiji location.

Day 2: Northern Yasawa Cruise

Join MV Reef Endeavour for a journey of discovery, as you cruise around the north of Yasawa and visit Pacific jewels like the famous Sawa-i-lau limestone cave and blue lagoon. This 4-night cruise is perfect for those who have limited time but would like to explore more than just one destination. On the first day, you will be welcomed to the Island of Tivua, surrounded by 500 acres of coral reef - a great opportunity to practice your snorkelling skills straight off the beach. There is also a volleyball court, kayaks and stand-up paddle boards and the opportunity for a leisurely 10min walk around the island. In the evening, join the captain and his crew for the Gala Captain’s Dinner

Day 3: Northern Yasawa Cruise

Start the day naturally with a morning swim & snorkel in an idyllic bay at Brothers Island. Savour a gourmet buffet lunch as you cruise to spectacular Naviti Island. Here is beauty in its original state where you can bask in aquamarine waters along white sandy beaches. Snorkel, swim, kayak, stand-up paddle board or explore the island. This evening join the festivities and entertainment of a Fijian Village at Gunu for a traditional Fijian Feast of Lovo and end the night with a Meke cultural performance.

Day 4: Northern Yasawa Cruise

There are 20 islands in the Yasawa island group, which stretches for a total distance of 90 kilometres and because they were formed by volcanic activity, they are more rugged than other Fijian islands and are renowned for their pristine natural beauty. Today, discover the legendary grandeur of Sawa-i-lau and the famous limestone caves at your own pace. There are many experiences for the adventurer at heart including swimming in a cave lagoon, snorkelling over coral gardens and swimming in fabled lagoons.

Day 5: Northern Yasawa Cruise

Cruise the soaring volcanic peaks of the Yasawas and discover a myriad of fish in the coral reef and laze in the warm sands of Yaqeta. The ship will travel the spectacular channels to Drawaqa for amazing snorkelling in the afternoon. If you're lucky you may even see a Manta-ray. This evening get your dancing shoes on for the Famous Captain Cook Cruises Music Quiz.

Day 6: End of Cruise - Coral Coast

The ship sets sail early in the morning and returns to Denarau Marina at around 9:00 am. After breakfast, meet the crew on the pool deck as they bid you farewell in song including their traditional Fijian ‘Isa Lei’ as they say ‘sototale’ or ‘see you again'. A transfer will take you to your Coral Coast accommodation for a day of leisure at the resort.

Day 7: Sigatoka River Safari

Depart on the Sigatoka River Safari, which offers a half-day, uniquely Fijian adventure in the heart and soul of Fiji. Passengers will travel along the Sigatoka River in jet boats to visit authentic Fijian villages and experience a day in the life of the real ‘kaiviti’ (Fijian). To bring the safari to life, a guide is assigned to each group and introduces passengers to the rich culture of the Fijian people and shares the history, customs and legends of the area.

Day 8: Free Day Coral Coast

Enjoy a day of leisure at your relaxing Coral Coast resort. Relax by the white sand beach or join in on one of the many activities happening.

Day 9: Transfer to the Nadi Airport

Today, your Fijian paradise comes to an end. Transfer from the Coral Coast to Nadi Airport to catch your departing flight.

Tour Questions

Our tours are suitable for all age demographics. The average age of travelers is typically 45+

There are options for single travelers to join most tours. Solo Travelers can choose to pay the single supplement and have their own room throughout the tour. For those willing to share, we also have a Twin Share option that is offered for the majority of our tours. This means you will be sharing the hotel rooms with another single, same gender traveller who also books the Twin Share option. If this is the case, there will be no single supplement charged to either of you. If we are unable to match you with another Twin Share traveler, there may be a single surcharge applied to cover the full cost of the rooms on some of our longer tours. Please enquire before finalizing your booking for full details.

This tour has a low level of physical demand, although there may be some activities or sightseeing tours that require walking short distances. Please inquire if you have any mobility restrictions before completing your booking to ensure this tour is right for you.

Each passenger may bring one large suitcase and one carry-on bag. The weight limit for this suitcase is 32 kilograms/60 pounds. Baggage handling is provided at the hotels in our tour packages. Please advise our reservations staff if you will be bringing additional items such as a cane, walker or wheelchair. You may also bring one small soft-sided carry-on bag, which should easily fit into the overhead shelf of the coach. Each person is responsible for his/her own carryon luggage. Remember to check your airline baggage restrictions if you are flying, as they may differ from Anderson Vacations Tours guidelines.

The suggested allowance for non-included meals is $40.00 — $60.00 CAD per day (includes tipping).

Yes! There are many meals included on our fully escorted tours. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions at the time of booking so we can ensure there are alternative meal choices and arrangements made for you.

For your convenience, gratuities for local guides and meals stated on the itinerary are included in the price of the tour. For meals not included in your tour package please remember that it is customary to tip your server 15-20% in North America. Gratuities for your Motorcoach Driver and Tour Director are left to your discretion.
